All product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, and prices are accurate.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.
In the event of an obvious pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided at checkout.

ZOYZA reserves the right to verify, reject, or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including incorrect customer information, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or duplicate orders.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

4. Payment

We offer different payment methods depending on availability, including Cash on Delivery and online payment options.

For online payments, customers may be required to complete payment through our authorized payment service providers.

Orders paid online are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

ZOYZA does not store customers' complete debit or credit card information on its own servers. Payment information is processed through the relevant payment service provider.

5. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders:

Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Customers are expected to provide accurate contact and delivery information.
We may contact customers to confirm their orders before dispatch.
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.

Repeated refusal or failure to receive confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to serviceable locations within Pakistan.

Orders are generally dispatched according to the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number.

ZOYZA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange process is governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers should review the policy before placing an order to understand the applicable eligibility requirements, time limits, and conditions.

Products returned for exchange or return must meet the conditions specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Refunds

For online payments, eligible refunds may be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider, subject to the provider's processing timelines.

Refunds are not available where the customer's request does not meet the requirements of our applicable policies.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer regarding available alternatives or cancellation and refund options, where applicable.

ZOYZA will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and reliable services.

However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, technical interruptions, payment-provider issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
