14-Day Return & Exchange
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Have all original tags and packaging intact.

Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear.

Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:

The original item must be returned before the replacement is dispatched.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the price difference for a higher-priced item.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

The ordered item is unavailable after your payment has been received.

A replacement cannot be arranged for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Your approved return meets all eligibility requirements.
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Return Shipping
If the return or exchange is due to:

A damaged, defective, or incorrect item, ZOYZA will cover the return shipping cost.

A size change or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
